Certified mail postage is separate — typically about $8–12 per letter via Lob/USPS. We place a temporary hold when you send and charge only the actual cost once the letter is mailed; if it isn't mailed, the hold is released.

Per the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you are never charged before services are performed. Each monthly period is billed after it ends, and you may cancel within 3 business days of signing without penalty.
